Locals Celebrate the Arrival of Ramadan & Eid

The yearly arrival of the celebratory month of Ramadan has risen & the hearts of many Muslims and locals alike, are excited to partake in the holy celebration. In recent years the ongoing observance has seen a resurgence, as events such as Ramadan Nights in Lakemba & Liverpool are growing in popularity, with people from all walks of life attending the festivities.

Furthermore, local shopping centres and supermarkets are catering to the Muslim community by sharing their own personal take. Woolworths has made a separate section by including the famous dates & common fruits eaten throughout the month. Others are showing recognition by attaching Eid festivities to their storefronts. Brands such as Myer and AJE in particular have created modest clothing options for the awaited celebration.

It is a great way for companies to recognize the Muslim community and allows Muslim consumers to be felt considered during this pious month.
